Dr. Rucsandra Hurezeanu studied medicine, has a doctorate in infectious diseases, an MBA at ESCP France and an EMBA at ASSEBUS Romania. After 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing and sales, in 2005 he created the first dermatocosmetics brand in Romania - Ivatherm, recommended by dermatologists.

Dr. Rucsandra Hurezeanu mentors entrepreneurs in several associations, is a member of the jury in the Entrepreneur of the Year competition organized by EY. In 2021, she was designated by the business environment as 19th among the most admired CEOs in Romania. Today she is the Vice-President of the Employers' Organization of the Cosmetic Industry.

Dr. Dan Captaru graduated from the "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca in 1991, being also licensed in Pathological Anatomy in 1996, at the same university. He later completed his studies with an MBA at ASSEBUS Bucharest, Kennesaw State University Atlanta. After working for a while as a doctor at Cluj County Hospital, he opted for the pharmaceutical industry where he worked for more than 10 years. Currently, Dr. Captaru is responsible for the clinical studies dedicated to Ivatherm products, being aware of innovations in dermatocosmetics. He is also a trainer and speaker for company employees and Romanian and international partners.

Diana Grăjdan graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 1994. She became a specialist pharmacist in general pharmacy in 1996, after her residency at the Fundeni Clinical Hospital, and since 2002 she has been a primary pharmacist. He practiced as a chief pharmacist and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 5 years before joining the Ivatherm team, right from 2005, as National Sales Director.

Mihaela Ploscar graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration of the Transilvania University in Brașov, putting into practice the knowledge she obtained at the International Economic Relations master's degree as a sales representative in Japan for 7 years. In 2012, after the Asian experience, he got to know the dermatocosmetics industry as an Ivatherm medical representative and evolved in various positions from Brand Manager to Marketing and Sales Director for the Middle East, and today he leads the Marketing Romania team.

Raluca Hagiu studied Journalism at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences of the University of Bucharest and has 21 years of experience in the press. He held the position of editor-in-chief for 17 years, launched the Bolero publication on the market and successfully ran Unica magazine, the best-selling title in its segment for many years in a row. Raluca Hagiu is part of the Ivatherm team since 2021, she is passionate about 360° beauty - body, mind, soul, and follows with interest the news in the field.
